FORUM IS NOW REACTIVATED 9/26/09

There is plenty of work to do on the forum but I have reactivated is so that our community can chat. I have lost all of the artwork and links and will need to recreate much of the design. But we should be able to chat and discuss without getting bombarded with spam. Thanks for your patience while we have been upgrading.
